About the Opportunity
A fast-growing AI fintech startup is seeking a high-impact Full Stack GTM professional to drive revenue growth and market expansion. In this role, you will own the entire sales cycle, from pipeline generation to deal close, leveraging a modern GTM tech stack and data-driven strategies to accelerate growth.Â
Key Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in GTM, sales, or business development roles
- Proven success closing $25K–$250K ACV deals
- Experience selling into finance, AR/AP, or SaaS environments
- Strong ability to communicate complex, technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with modern sales enablement tools and GTM platforms
- A results-driven mindset with strong ownership, adaptability, and resilience
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a targeted account-based pipeline across mid-market finance teams
- Partner with GTM engineering to optimize intent data, lead enrichment, and outbound systems
- Execute multi-channel outbound strategies (email, LinkedIn, phone, events, referrals)
- Drive qualified meetings and convert opportunities through the full sales lifecycle
- Own discovery, demo, negotiation, and closing processes
- Continuously refine GTM systems, sales automation, and pipeline optimization
