Jennifer joined JOHNLEONARD in 1989 as a Staffing Consultant in the Direct Hire Division. Through the years, she has developed a significant client base and loyal candidate following. As a senior member of the Direct Hire team, Jennifer is a positive mentor to her colleagues. Jennifer’s commitment to working closely with both employers and job seekers to build a mutually beneficial and lasting partnership results in exceptional staffing solutions.
Prior to working at JOHNLEONARD, Jennifer was a Marketing Consultant for Source Finance, a New Jersey-based staffing firm specializing in placing finance personnel.
Jennifer holds a BS degree in Marketing from Western New England University. She is active in staffing industry networking groups and is actively involved with the Association of Legal Administrators – Boston Chapter.
Fun Fact: A New Jersey native who has been converted into a Massachusetts sports fan.
