Melissa is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Managerial Economics. Throughout her educational career and as a member of Isenberg Women in Business, she developed a well-rounded skill set in leadership, business operations, and data analytics.
Prior to joining JOHNLEONARD, Melissa gained experience in customer service and hospitality and is passionate about creating positive and efficient experiences for both client candidates and colleagues. As a Recruiter in our Direct Hire division, Melissa leverages that passion and strategic mindset to match client candidates with fulfilling opportunities.
