JOHNLEONARD is seeking an experienced Claims Management Attorney to join our client’s high-volume litigation practice in Boston. This full-time role comes with an attractive salary of $90K-$120K and benefits for your expertise.
In this Claims Management Attorney role, some of your primary duties will include:
- Evaluating, managing and monitoring significant, complex disputes and litigation matters involving large and complex construction projects on a national basis
- Engaging in risk management of potential claims
- Developing litigation and resolution strategies
- Advising clients
To apply for this Claims Management Attorney position, you will need at least 3-5 years of litigation experience, preferably with insurance defense/construction litigation. You must be admitted in Massachusetts and admission to practice in additional New England states is highly desired.
