Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles
  • Background in SaaS, fintech, or technology environments preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills

  • Comfortable navigating a fast-paced startup environment
  • Interest in AI, automation, and financial technology solutions

Key Job Functions

  • Lead customer onboarding and implementation to ensure seamless adoption
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with finance and operations stakeholders
  • Drive customer engagement, retention, and product adoption
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively resolve challenges
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities in partnership with sales teams
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to enhance user experience
  • Contribute to building scalable customer success strategies and processes
