JOHNLEONARD is seeking an experienced and dedicated Estate Administrator/Paralegal to join our client’s welcoming and friendly team. This full-time Estate Administrator/Paralegal hybrid role is based in Boston and offers an attractive salary of $80K-$90K and a benefits package.

As an Estate Administrator/Paralegal, you will perform a variety of estate and trust administration duties for the firm as assigned. In your first few weeks in this role, you can expect to:

  • Prepare and file court documentation and prepare legal notices
  • Interact with court staff
  • Attend meetings with clients
  • Follow existing protocol for presenting asset and deduction information for 706 tax preparation

To apply for this Estate Administrator/Paralegal role, your soft skills, expertise, and experience should include:

  • 5+ years of estate/probate administration experience
  • Exposure to Wills and Trusts, along with experience presenting asset and deduction info as it pertains to 706 tax filings
  • Ability to read and understand wills and trusts
  • Familiarity with MUPC
