JOHNLEONARD is seeking an experienced and collaborative Executive Assistant & Finance Administrator to join our client’s inclusive and friendly team. This full-time Executive Assistant hybrid role is based in Boston and offers an attractive salary of $55K-$65K. You must be a Boston resident to apply.

The Executive Assistant reports to the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for the detailed organization and smooth operation of the Finance department. To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

  • Assist the CFO by managing the coordination of department meetings, job interviews, and external meetings
  • Attend select meetings, take notes, and create meeting minutes to distribute to meeting participants
  • Review, approve, and make credit card purchases for company employees
  • Assist the AP team by periodically reviewing and entering vendor invoices
  • Formulate, run, and edit finance department reports in Excel

To apply for this Executive Assistant & Finance Administrator role, you must be a Boston resident and have 2-5 years of experience. Your soft skills, expertise, and experience should also include:

  • A high school diploma; BA or BS degree is preferred
  • Advanced knowledge and skills in MS Word, Windows, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel required
  • Accounting skills (to manage Purchasing Card administration and Gift Card purchasing, tracking, and reconciliations)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as impeccable organizational skills
