Our client, a respected Boston law firm, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Family Law Legal Administrative Assistant to support a fast-paced practice group. Qualifications & Skills
- 2+ years of experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant within family law
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to multitask and support a busy legal practice
Key Job Functions
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple family law attorneys in a high-volume environment
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, delivering professional and timely communication
- Coordinate and manage legal calendars, meetings, and court-related deadlines
- Assist with domestic complaints, motions, and case documentation
- Handle legal correspondence, including drafting, editing, and formatting documents
- Accurately enter and track attorney time and billing information
- Maintain organized case files and ensure all documentation is up to date
