- Preparation of pleadings and discovery documents
- Court filings, electronic and paper
- Draft and proofread correspondence
- Schedule meetings and depositions, calendar management, phone support, mail distribution, and filing
The ideal Litigation Legal Assistant applicant will have a 2+ years of litigation experience and a good working knowledge of state and federal court procedures and electronic filing for Massachusetts and Rhode Island. You will also require:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
- Knowledge of practice management and document management software
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
