Location: Boston Metro, MA | Hybrid – 2 remote days/week
Salary Range: $140K-$160K 
Schedule: Full-time | Monday-Friday, 9-5 | Quarterly Travel

Job Overview

A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a strategic and collaborative Manager of Attorney Development to support attorney growth, performance management, and professional development initiatives across the organization. This high-impact role partners closely with firm leadership, attorneys, and HR teams to enhance talent development programs, coaching initiatives, and attorney engagement efforts. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 5+  years of Human Resources experience 
  • Prior law firm experience 
  • Experience in attorney development, talent management, or professional development preferred
  • Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools

Responsibilities

  • Manage attorney evaluation, integration, and advancement programs
  • Coordinate coaching, mentorship, and leadership development initiatives
  • Partner with HR and firm leadership on performance management and employee relations matters
  • Develop and deliver attorney training and professional development programs
  • Analyze and present talent development data and program outcomes
  • Facilitate feedback processes and support attorney growth strategies
  • Build trusted relationships across attorneys and professional staff
  • Recommend process improvements and innovative development initiatives
