During your first few weeks in this Medical Malpractice Paralegal role, you can expect to take on some of the following:
- Analyze medical records
- Understand and articulate medical/legal theories of liability
- Articulate the medical facts of a case and how they relate to the case or claim
- Identify and communicate with relevant and qualified medical experts
To apply for this Medical Malpractice Paralegal position, you will need three to five years of experience and proficiency in reviewing, analyzing, and summarizing medical records to determine the merits of a case and or claim. You will also require:
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
