This full-time Program Associate hybrid role is based in Newton, MA and offers an attractive salary of $70K-$85K, benefits, and the chance to join a progressive and inclusive company.
During your first few weeks in this Program Associate role, you can expect to take on some of the following:
- Engage stakeholders in promoting the organization’s mission nationally and globally
- Help develop quality programs and initiatives and deliver at a fast pace
- Develop and lead comprehensive, impactful, and innovative programs and grants
- Accomplish program objectives by selecting and overseeing consultants, community leaders, and other business professionals
- Communicate expectations and plan, monitor, appraise, and review contributions
