JOHNLEONARD is working with an international law firm to recruit a Senior Litigation Paralegal for its Labor and Employment team in their Boston office. This is a full-time position that assists attorneys and litigation teams with the preparation of complex legal documents, mid-level legal research activities, and other tasks related to one or more of the firm’s legal practice areas. This Litigation Paralegal role comes with a competitive salary of $95K-$135K plus benefits.

During your first few weeks in this Senior Litigation Paralegal role, you can expect to:

  • Prepare legal documents and assist attorneys during trials, meetings with clients, closings, and hearings
  • Maintain a current and accurate daily time log; input time records into the firm’s time and accounting systems
  • Identify appropriate laws, judicial decisions, legal articles, and other materials relevant to assigned cases, business transactions, or regulatory matters

To apply for this Senior Litigation Paralegal position, you will need a high school diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal. A college degree and/or paralegal certificate is preferred. You will also require:

  • Intermediate knowledge and application of Federal, State, and Local Rules and electronic filing
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic technological and research skills necessary to pull requested documents from online resources and familiarity with legal technology and computer databases
  • Ability to handle a high volume of work
