Location: Boston, MA | Remote – must be based in the Greater Boston area
Compensation: $80K-$125K annual base salary + uncapped Commission (OTE $170K-$200K)
Schedule: Full-time | Monday-Friday, 8-5 | Availability to attend evening networking events

Are you a results-driven Senior Sales Executive with a passion for B2B sales, enterprise account growth, and consultative selling? Our client, a leader in the legal services industry, is seeking a high-performing sales professional to drive revenue growth, expand strategic accounts, and build lasting relationships with top law firms and corporate legal departments.
This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role offering autonomy, executive-level client exposure, and significant earning potential.
Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience or professional services sales experience
- Experience in the legal industry (preferred), OR background as a paralegal, attorney, or legal professional with client-facing exposure
- Strong consultative selling, communication, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to close deals and manage enterprise accounts
- Proficiency in Salesforce, NetSuite, and Microsoft Office
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Must be located in or near the Boston area with the ability to attend in-person events
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth across assigned accounts and new business development targets
- Prospect, penetrate, and expand enterprise-level accounts
- Execute full-cycle sales process: outreach, discovery, proposal, close, and renewal
- Lead consultative sales conversations to identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Manage pipeline and forecasts using Salesforce and NetSuite
- Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and strategic account planning
- Develop recovery strategies for underperforming accounts
- Represent the organization at Boston-area networking events, conferences, and industry functions
