Location: Boston Metro, MA | Hybrid – 2 remote days/week after onboarding
Salary Range: $75K-$85K
Schedule: Full-time | Monday-Friday, 35 hours/week

Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Trust Coordinator to support a team of Trust Advisors within a growing Boston law firm. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with financial services or trust and estate experience to play a key role in delivering high-touch client service and supporting complex trust administration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or trust & estates
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to learn new systems and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional presence with the ability to interact across all levels

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Trust Advisors, assisting with trust administration and client account management
  • Help manage assigned trust accounts in accordance with governing documents
  • Coordinate client transactions, including bill payments, account maintenance, insurance matters, and gifting programs
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, trustees, attorneys, and internal stakeholders
  • Draft, edit, and prepare correspondence, reports, memoranda, and client documentation
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling, including conference room coordination and visitor registration
  • Maintain and organize electronic filing systems and client records to compliance standards
  • Process incoming/outgoing mail and respond to time-sensitive communications
  • Assist with special projects, including foundation grant administration and large-scale client mailings
  • Provide team support and coverage as needed
