Janice Donovan is a skilled operations professional with extensive experience in administration, customer service, accounting, and project coordination across various industries. As our Office Coordinator, she is not just passionate about cultivating quality relationships but also deeply committed to ensuring our clients, both organizations and candidates, as well as our temporary representatives, receive a seamless and positive payroll, billing, and onboarding experience.
Before joining the JOHNLEONARD team, Janice held key roles in gift processing at Boston University and Make-A-Wish Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Her experience in simultaneously supporting clients, donors, and internal teams is a valuable asset that she brings to help our clients achieve their goals.
