Jennifer began her career with JOHNLEONARD in 1989. She began as a Temporary Division Staffing Consultant focused on building JOHNLEONARD’s reputation for exceptional service and superior match-making, while working within her clients’ budgets. In 1991 she was promoted to Temporary Division Manager with Training and Development being added to her responsibilities in 1994. In 2021 she was promoted to Director of Staffing of the division. Prior to joining JOHNLEONARD, Jennifer worked in the financial services industry as a Client Service Representative at DWS Scudder.
Today, Jennifer is a “hands-on” Manager where she is able to do what she enjoys most – helping her client organizations find the right match while helping candidates find the best assignments that enable them to achieve their career goals.
Jennifer earned her BS degree in Early Childhood Education and English from Boston College. In 2014 Jennifer became a valued member of the Employer Advisory Board of the Career Collaborative.
