K.J. KOZENS

A graduate of Bowdoin College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Government and Legal Studies, K.J. began his career as a History Teacher, going on to be an Assistant Baseball Coach/Recruiter at several of the region’s universities. K.J. brings his successful track record in recruitment and sales to the Direct Hire Division as a Staffing Consultant.

Along with his dedication and commitment to excellence, K.J.’s ultimate goal is to provide superior service for his client organizations and candidates. He is known for his communication skills and willingness to always go the extra mile.

Fun Fact: I once caddied for Philadelphia Phillies Hall of Fame infielder, Mike Schmidt.
