As a dedicated AP/AR Assistant, you will create invoices for billing, compile associated backup paperwork, code and enter invoices into accounting systems, and forward them to appropriate receivers. You will also review payables invoices for accuracy and authorization, code and input them into the system, and run weekly checks and mailings. In addition, you will complete general filing, copying, scanning, emailing/mailing, and other associated duties.
To apply for this AP/AR Assistant role, you will need accounting system experience and excellent Excel skills. You will also require the ability to meet deadlines for both the AR and AP functions. In addition, you should have exceptional computer knowledge and the ability to adapt quickly to new software. Good organizational skills and attention to detail are also essential.
