We’re thrilled to recognize Madeline Sierra Pena as our Temporary of the Month for November!
Since joining the JOHNLEONARD team in February, Madeline has made an immediate impact. She began a three-month assignment at the reception desk of an early care and education nonprofit in Boston, where her warm presence and ability to connect with children and families left a lasting impression. Once her assignment ended, the organization invited her to stay on as a Teacher’s Assistant.
Today, Madeline continues to thrive in this role by supporting lead teachers with curriculum, working one-on-one with children, and helping foster a healthy, safe, and engaging environment.
