We are thrilled to announce Mitchell Ryan as our 2025 Temporary Staffing Representative of the Year! To recognize his exceptional performance and dedication, Mitchell has been awarded a $500 Outstanding Performer bonus.
Mitchell joined our team in 2023 and quickly made an impact in a long-term Data Entry assignment with a prominent state agency. As that assignment neared its end, the agency recognized Mitchell’s strong work ethic and requested that he continue supporting their efforts in different departments, extending his assignments for over two years. His flexibility, dedication, and proactive approach made him a highly valued contributor, consistently going above and beyond to support his team, drive results, and improve processes.
Mitchell’s supervisor was impressed with his exceptional contributions and enthusiastically nominated him for this award:
“He [Mitchell] was instrumental in assisting the training school through one of the largest challenges we have experienced in my time working here…Mitchell went above and beyond to help us through this challenge, including working later shifts so that paperwork for night classes was turned in and recorded for proper compliance and audit trails. When the training program was completed, Mitchell had no problems shifting his schedule again to early mornings to assist the school with our day-to-day operations, demonstrating his willingness to go above and beyond for his teammates.
Again, when we had a shift in personnel need, Mitchell was very flexible and graciously agreed to the changes in location and schedules, and soon became a critical member of the Bus Training School!
Mitchell’s willingness to always help, delightful personality, and strong work ethic made him a valuable member of the Schools! Most importantly, Mitchell is a wonderful friend who is a must-have in a water cooler chat. He will be missed by us, and wherever he ends up next will be lucky to have him! We greatly appreciate his hard work and wish him the best!”
