Congratulations to Ireland Baldwin, our October Temporary of the Month!
Ireland joined the JOHNLEONARD team shortly after relocating to the East Coast last year. She quickly got to work supporting a local nonprofit’s food pantry efforts, managing food inventory and distribution, coordinating registrations and outreach, and helping maintain a safe, welcoming, and organized environment for individuals and families in need.
In January 2026, Ireland began a temporary assignment as an Administrative Assistant with a railway safety company. Nearly a year later, she continues to manage the office and ensure smooth, efficient day-to-day operations. She is reliable and patient, consistently maintaining a positive attitude and a professional, pleasant demeanor. Our client has shared consistently outstanding feedback about Ireland and her contributions to the team.
