Shortly after joining the JOHNLEONARD team last fall, Derek began a long-term remote Desktop Engineer role at a highly-regarded international law firm. In this role, he provides level two and three desktop support to attorneys, staff, and their clients, prioritizing user experience and maximizing department efficiency. From day one, Derek proved himself to be a reliable team player and true asset to the firm. His professionalism, client service skills, and technical expertise not only made an impact but also secured him an assignment extension.
