Congratulations to our 2025 Scholarship Winner, Sadie Belz! JOHNLEONARD is proud to award her $1,000 in tuition assistance.
Sadie joined JOHNLEONARD in 2024 and quickly made an impact on our event team, supporting one of our largest conventions. This summer, she joined our internal team as a part-time Recruiter Assistant. Here, she contributed to the success of our Direct Hire division, as well as our business operations and marketing efforts.
In this role, she conducted thorough reference checks, managed critical documents through DocuSign, optimized and posted job descriptions, submitted resumes via employer application portals, filed invoices and I-9 documents, and completed various ad hoc projects. Her diligence, professionalism, and sharp attention to detail earned her trust and appreciation across our organization.
We sincerely appreciate Sadie’s commitment and tenacity as a Temporary Representative and believe her contributions make her more than deserving of this scholarship. Currently a junior at Virginia Tech, she is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance.
